Furthermore, we manage the acquisition of specialized clearances, including those from the National Monument and Airport Authority if applicable, as well as borewell registration certificates and coastal area NOCs when required. Our team also ensures that all commencement certificates are obtained and that development charges are paid to begin construction. In addition, we handle royalty payments for excavation, ensuring full compliance with local regulations. Approvals related to internal infrastructure, such as road access, lifts, escalators, and substations, are also managed by SWIFT, ensuring that all project elements are adequately approved and aligned with the legal requirements.
As construction nears completion, we ensure that all remaining approvals are obtained, including water, sewerage, and power connections and the occupancy and building completion certificates. These final certificates confirm that the building complies with all construction standards and safety regulations, allowing the project to be officially recognized as completed.
